Unwanted comentary while viewing programs

Hi,

SMART TV Samsung Model UE40D5500

recently while viewing a play, sidcom, documantary etc an unwanted & distuerbing comentary comes up of what the actors are doing.

There is nothing on this topic in the menu setings to change or remove.

Can you help please of how to remove it.

the problem is called "audio description for the death or hard of hearing". You must have this feature switched on and that is why you are receiving it. Look on your remote for AD and make sure that it is set to off, or look through the menu setup for audio Description and switch it off. Simples.

There is no "audio description for the death or hard of hearing" neither in the Samsung, the Sony or our Philips TVs

Tried all other audio settings but none is related to the problem.

Your freeviewbox is as I have said before is set to display Audio driscription. the box setting need to be reset and AD needs to be turnd off

there is no audio discreption in the Menu &/or settiung in neither of our 3 TVs & all 3 do the comentary.

found it BUT, it only cuts off the subtitles to the news, NOT the audio comentary.

Managed to find the Broadcast Audio in settings, then Audio discription which for some reason went to ON.

Maybe after recycling all the programs, a request that came up recently.

SOLVED any way, Thanx all.

I doubt if even a smart TV is able to comment on what it shows. So I think it's coming from outside.
- Disconnect all input except the power and the signal source used (what source is it)?
- Try another TV with only power and the same signal source connected.

it is a simple freeview TV with an antena in the loft & sometimes connect a cable to it from the router.
