Samsun TV fault help! See pics

My 4 year old Samsung TV suddenly has gone mad. There are vertical lines across the screen (see pics)
Could anyone tell me what it is and what to do? Thank you!

Since the full model number is not here yet it looks like one of the usual board or connection faults. Figure a few hundred in the US to correct it.

http://www.samsungparts.com/ModelList.aspx?Catalog=Parts_and_Accessories&model=LE40 lists what they have here. I'm guessing this is not in the USA. Ask Samsung in your country where to get service manuals, parts or where to get service.
