Clouding on UE46D8000

I have a UE46D8000 Led tv, great picture except for one thing clouding, this is my 2end tv in total and is still under warranty etc. Time and time again i reported this to Samsung Tech, only for a repair to be sanctioned then canceled last minute. I sent photos in emailed then called them you name it i done it.It's awful in the hub and even though you can take steps to reduce it on my PS3 the problem is still there. Last phone call i received from Samsung i was told i would have to pay out my own pocket to get someone to confirm the problem. I now got the feeling the original service centre don't want to know about my problem as they know there's a lot of problems with this model sad
