no power Samsung TX3080WH

I have a tx3080WH samsung led that has no power but a faint ticking or clicking in the back. I took the back off of the tv and discovered where the clicing was coming from. the numbers I found on a sticker attached to that certain component is
fuh29v006
REV.1
Anyon T6061
I would just like to know if this might just be a commen problem for this tv or if someone may have some suggestions as to why Im not getting any power Thank You

also I looked up what component that was in the back making that noise and Ive discovered that it was called a flyback transformer
