Samsung Smart UE40ES6900 wont save satellite settings

I have a new UE40ES6900U and attached it to a satellite feed. Auto scan doesn;t find any channels, so I went into menu>channel>satellite system>LNB settings and in here it lets me change the satellite between eurobird and astra, so I changed to astra and changed the transponder setting until I got a 100% signal. I cannot then save this. If I return and go back in, it has reverted to eurobird and no signal. I think if I could save and then go back to auto scan I would find channels.
I am in home mode not store mode.
Any help much appreciated!

Thanks for your message. But just so you know, I support US products and customers. And from what I can tell, this model is for the UK. (Correct me if I'm wrong.) Thanks, I had looked on there with no luck so I thought I'd try on here.

Some settings will revert if the set is in demo mode, shop mode or such. I don't see this model so be sure to check out that setting.
