How to Configure My 250GB 840 series SSD

I'm a little upset that I can't get help from Samsung about this issue but they have enough techs to send one here? Having said that my issue is I cant get my 2t hdd to shrink enough to work. There's only 70 gig or so data, so it should work...I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I'm trying to move my drive to ssd, os and all.Windows 7 premium 64 bit

This is not a Samsung issue from my view. The issue of the OS, paging file, restore area and more make me think you'll have to do this the old fashioned way of a fresh install to the new drive.
