Samsung LED TV UN558000XFXZA- Rt Side screen Faint Blue line

I have a Samsung LED TV UN558000XFXZA that when I watch regular TV (directv satellite) the right side of the screen has blueish vertical lines (very faint) that appear on the image. I tried moving the TV to another room with a different reciever and it still happens as well. The vertical lines are not solid to where I cant see the picture at all.... I still see the image under it. I have tried all HDMI ports and video component ports, multiple satellite recievers and the problem remains when I watch regular TV. However, when I play a DVD the picture is perfect every time. I have had a directv tech come to the house and he said the problem was in the TV. Any help wold be appreciated.
