How do I get rid of the lines running across my Samsung tv?

I have a Samsung PS58C7000 plasma tv i bought almost 2 years ago and i have recently noticed there are dark lines running horizontally across the whole screen. I know there are a lot of discussions about the Samsung plasma TV lines but none of them really answer my question.
The lines are there even when the TV is off which makes me think it has something to do with the screen then the TV itself. Also the lines are not in one spot, when I move to stand up or sit down i can see the lines move up and down the screen.
I have tried cleaning the screen with a microfibre cloth and plasma screen cleaning spray but it is still there. And the spray didn't run down the screen or anything. I also tried unplugging the TV for a while but still didn't work.
Is this problem fixable? The warranty that came with the TV was only 1 year so that has expired but when i bought the TV i purchased the extended 2 year warranty but I am not 100% sure how that works. The place i brought it from went into receivership about a year ago so would the extended warranty go through them or Samsung?
