Question about S22B150N monitor

i bought the monitor yesterday and after installing it just now..i saw some cloudy or hazy like thing on the screen and i opened a full black image to see what is it and here is what i saw..

i tried adjusting the brightness/contrast but it is still there, is those lighting suppose to be there = =?

In LCD side and back lit screens you should see such as it's the limit of the technology used. If you want to avoid this you get a plasma display and know what limitations that technology has as well. I don't want to pry but this should be something you've seen over the years.
