Problems with UN55C8000 locking to netflix

Has anyone else seen the problem where the UN55C8000 will power on and lock on NetFlix? At the moment, whenever I power up the TV, it locks to netflix with none of the buttons working at all, and I effectively can't use the tv.


I made sure I was on the latest update and everything else, so any ideas would help.
