Hi,

I have just purchased a Samsung LED Smart Tv UA32EH4500W and i have a problem with the Wifi Adapter WIS12ABGNX. The TV don't detect it (i don't receive a pop up message with the wifi networks available and when i do the search the TV don't find anything).

Should I update the firmware or have I a problem with the hardware of the TV (Wifi Card ...).

Please Help !!!

Thanks for your message. But just so you know, I support US products and customers. And from what I can tell, this model is for North Africa. (Correct me if I'm wrong.) Hi,

It will never work as your TV does not have SMART capabilities.

If you want internet, buy a SMART TV.
