Samsung Blu Ray Player Model BD-P1600-Firmware Upgrade Fail

Only Load, On, Off work now

Nothing else works

I have tried everything except mailing the unit to the CEO of Samsung's personal home address asking them if they were a customer with this situation,what would they do?
Would they take a 100Million dollar lawsuit or a ship a new free unit to customer for $100?
