Samsung PN50C700 blurry picture is corrected after 10 mins

Hi All,
I hope someone can assist with my issue, my Samsung PN50C7000 picture is blurry when the tv is powered on, and after 10 mins, the picture will correct itself and then shows perfect. The issue will return once the tv is powered off and it cools off, can anyone suggest what's wrong with my HDTV, any assistance will be appreciated, thanks.

I'd remove it from service till it's repaired.

This is one of those symptoms I would need to open it up to inspect for a common issue. But as this issue can cause other expensive failures my advice is to remove it from service till the tech can see it.
