0 Key on number pad not working

I have a Samsung NP355E5C-A01AU Notebook running Windows 8. Whenever I press 0 on the number pad it responds with right click. Num lock is on, I have pressed function, I have cleaned under the key, tried updating the driver and also tried remapping the key with a third-party program but nothing works. The 0 key on the top of the keyboard still works but it is impractical to use that all the time. Please help.

I had the same issue and if you press "Fn Lock" button (the button after F12) it should fix it. In other words you can switch between "0" and "right click" by pressing the Fn lock" button. Hope this helps.

I had the exact same problem, and pressing the "Fn Lock" key fixed it! Thank you so much!

I've had this laptop for almost a week now. I'm a tax preparer and didn't even know the laptop had the numeric keypad when I ordered it online, but grateful it did! Then I discovered this stupid issue, thought it was defective and was about to send it back. Thank you so very much! Fn lock is pretty handy! Now I can put it to use when it comes to adjusting brightness and volume quickly. Thanks again.
