UN60EH6003F Soap Opera Effect with Auto Motion Pluss off?

Okay, we purchased a UN60EH6003F HD TV from Best Buy. We're getting the terrible soap opera effect.

So, we turned Auto Motion Plus Off.

This DOES fix the problem.

However, when we turn the TV off then turn it back on, the Soap Opera Effect returns. We go to the menu, and it still says the Auto Motion Plus is off. If I turn it to auto, then turn it back off, the effect goes away. This happens every time we turn the TV off.

Basically, we want to know if this can be fixed or if it is broken. If so, then we need to know because we should tell Best Buy to exchange it with a new UN60EH6003F.

We tried calling Samsung, and a man who didn't speak English very well basically told me it was my eyes and the problem wasn't real. This insulted me, I hope there is someone who works for Samsung on the board who can help me.

Or, better yet, a more knowledgeable and polite normal user.

We have two other 46 inch TV's of the same series, this problem does not happen.
