White Dot Problem

I have the infamous white dot problem and gone through all the channels mentioned with the usual "your model not covered". My model is a HLT model specifically HLT5687S with a case number of 5105007031. Will someone from Samsung give us an answer on why this widespread problem is not being addressed and why some people can get support and others can't.

Anybody who does a search will find the DMD chip problem is widespread. I have found posts where my model is covered, not covered or partially covered (part not labor). Also I have gone several levels up in Samsung's executive customer service, any suggestions on which government/ consumer affairs , Samsung management or media outlet to file complaint
