timeshift read failed

I have this recurring issue with my D6500 TV were timeshift crashes complaining about "read failed"
I blamed and changed my hard drive to get the exact same issue with a brand new one.
Did anybody experience (and fixed) this symptom?
For clarity, the drive passes the speed test.

In the USA this feature is not in any model. But from what I can tell it's not 100% reliable. So use USB 2.0 drives that are 500MB or less and format them from time to time. Sorry but it's a known support tar pit. Hope you get out of it.

Don't plug said drive into any PC or Mac or Linux box. It can corrupt the content.
