Bad pixels, great news - for me!

I had to note my experience with Samsung here because I was so shocked. I was ready to toss my 5-1/2 yr old HLT6187SX because of all the bad pixels. I thought I'd call Samsung first on the off chance they would repair it - they said they would!! No charge!! The guy came within 2 days, spent 15mins, no BS, and left. No pleading, no threatening, no cost! Un-f'ing-believable! I love good customer service.
