UA 40 D 5000 - LED panel screwed up in 4 months

I purchased SAMSUNG UA40D5000PR LED model from malaysia, did a lot of reviews and finally nailed on this one. To my luck, after four months I started seeing a blured out image from the top of the panel...when contacted the technicians I have been asked to replace the LED ultra display panel.

I have moved to India and cannot claim the guarantee as the product did not have international warranty, I need help to know how can I go about fixing this issue...

the cost price of a new ultra panel display is 75% of the TV price from SAMSUNG, is there a way to get this part at a lower cost, I am ok even with a third party part.

appreciate if I could get some help
