Problem watching tivuSat on Samsung UE55ES8000

At http://youtu.be/co5V8mcDGG8 I posted a youTube video to highlight the problem I am experiencing with my Samsung UE55ES8000 TV and the Italian Freeview service tivuSat (www.tivu.tv). Using the Samsung's built in satellite tuner with the DIGIQuest SmarCAM tivuSat (http://tivu.tv/sat/prodotti/149/151/295/DIGIQUEST-SmarCAM-tivusat.aspx) and tivuSat smartcard not all encrypted stations show. Using the same tivuSat smartcard in an ADB i-CAN 1850S decoder (http://tivu.tv/sat/prodotti/149/241/244/ADB-i-CAN-1850S.aspx) everything works perfectly.

In this test the same Satellite cable was used. It was first attached to the TV after which it was unscrewed and attached to the i-CAN decoder.

If you have a similar problem or can suggest a possible solution please let me know. I would really like to avoid purchasing another decoder.

The Ambassador generally helps you find support in your country so to speed this up supply what country you are in.

Thanks for your message. As Bob said, I support US products and customers. You said you're from Malta. I don't know if we have a subsidiary for Malta, so here's the Italy portal for that product, which might be the correct country: http://www.samsung.com/it/support/model/UE55ES8000QXZT

If you want me to get the most accurate country, please provide the complete model code, including the letters at the end.

Changing TV motherboard / Dirt in CAM

Today I posted the second video at http://youtu.be/eUaCCQVkyBM, This came after suggestions from most of the players (tivuSAT, digiQuest and Samsung). After upgrading the BIOS to the latest version, performing a factory reset and trying to tune in again the problem remains.

In my opinion and the opinion of others the problem now seems to be the TV. I was asked whether the CAM adapter was seated correctly and if there might be dust to case the problem. I don't think so.

Is a change of TV motherboard something huge and risky?
