What's the difference between all of these picture settings?

Hello! I recently purchased a Samsung 55ES7100 and I love it! I have a couple of technical questions that I'm looking or much more clarity than what's provided on the television's reference manual and on Samsung's website; both are incredibly vague.
I understand what the Auto Motion Plus option is, but what is LED Motion Plus and what impact does it have on picture quality? I've been playing around with it and rewinding different scenes of various fast-paced programs and don't see anything that indicates whether or not it should be turned on or off.
Next question, what's the Motion Lighting setting? It says that it 'Reduces power consumption by brightness control adapted motion', but I still don't get it - what's the impact on picture quality? Again, I can't notice anything with it on or off.
Film Mode - states that it 'Optimizes picture quality for video or film-based programs'. I read what's listed in the manual, but I still don't get it.
Any clear and easy to understand explanation is appreciated! Thanks so much!
