It turned out the owner had installed some apps that kept the unit on and busy. It locked up. Some call that a design flaw and we'll let them carry on. For the folk we helped with this we went back to stock on the apps and then installed apps one by one until we found out what it was.

As you could understand, I'm not really in the mood to do this. I do however have a GO Power Master app installed that monitors the battery usage. It's got a button that shuts down several apps running on the background.
I think my pocket is kinda warm also, especially when there's the smartphone in it! :S
App killers. Ugg.

Sorry but some don't help that much and have been a source of trouble. Yeah, I hear you but if you read the usual Android forums the story repeats a lot.
