Smart Hub. Why bother?

So Smart Hub is still down for some reason, nobody knows why except a man or a woman who hit the switch? Sunday I bought a nice little Blu Ray player namely the BD-D5300. I just want a central hub so I can stream stuff, lovefilm Netflix etc. So it turns out I cant now, and they have had the issue for a few weeks? What the actual.....? Im no gamer but give me a reason not to go out and buy a Sony PS3 Slim? It has everything and seemingly works ok...!!!!

Santa was good to me this yr lol.
Got a Panasonic Plasma Gt and got rid of my Samsung PN51E550D1F.

PN51E550D1F
Tv would shut off when connected to internet.
Smart hub is junk. Since the rude repair dude came to fix the red tint caused by a messed up firmware tv has been unpluged from internet. Dude basically told me to live with it not being hooked to the internet. Get real.
It is like what is the use of even having Smart Hub.
Flickering at 1080p
Then the messed up firmware fixes.
Never again will I buy a Samsung Product this was my last and I am glad its gone.
Had nothing but issues with mine out of the box. Support Stinks. Now I understand why so many people dislike Samsung.
