New Blue Ray no smart hub apps !! Is this a common issue?

I bought a new bd es7000 !! Interface for smart hub really slow, zero apps !! Should have gotten apple t. I guess ! I need my Hulu plus !

Yes it's still going on. Shockingly bad service from samsung with no actual annoucment of this.
