Browsing outside of my Instant Queue on Netflix.

I Just got the Samsung UN46C7000WF and I just streamed Netflix on it. I cannot browse outside of my Instant Queue. On the menu options there is an option for home but it's just a red box. When I press the red box with the letter A on the remote it does nothing. How do I browse outside of my Instant Queue?

Can not connect to pull apps at all tonight... UN46ES6100...
