3d discs not playing properly

We have just started having problems on our BD-D6900M 3D Blu-ray player it's started jumping or flickering in 3D mode when we play a disc it's playing the discs ok in 2D can anyone shed some Light on this problem it was working ok until recently this player was bought July 2011 along with a 46in led D8000 samsung television

Hi Netturner,

Sorry to hear about the trouble you've been having. Could you clarify for me: are 2D Blu-ray discs still playing fine? Also, what have to tried to do to fix this?
