Connecting AudioBar HW-E350 to Samsung TV UN40EH6000

Hi. I've tried what seems like every possible option to connect my Samsung TV UN40EH6000 to the AudioBar HW-E350.

Can someone please advise me on the optimum way to connect these two devices?

Here are the input/output specs on the TV:
2 x HDMI (19 pin HDMI Type A),
1 x Composite video / component video input (RCA phono x 3),
1 x Digital audio input/output (optical),
1 x USB 2.0 (4 pin USB Type A),
1 x Audio line-out (Mini-phone stereo 3.5 mm)


Here are the input/output specs on the audiobar:
Audio Inputs 1
HDMI Inputs 1
HDMI Out 1
USB HOST Yes (MP3, WMA)
Digital Inputs 1
