Why is my Samsung TV turning off?

Hello, everybody!
I have one problem with my TV, model code: UE32D5800, Software version:T-MSU4DEUC-1010.0
It shuts off every 6 hours.. We tried everything in Settings, but TV still shuts off.. Screen gots black, it turns off and than it turns on and so every 6 hours. Any help? Please.. Thanks..
P.s. Forgive me if I have any errors in spelling, English is not my native language..

Thanks for your message. But just so you know: if you want Samsung support, I support US products and customers. And from what I can tell, this model is for Russia. (Correct me if I'm wrong.) Hello,
well I'm not from Russia, I'm from Bosnia and Herzegovina-if you know where it is happy
Is there some way I can fix this that you know? Is this common trouble with this TV?

Hi Perosvileno,

Ah, yes, I know where Bosnia Herzegovina is--between Croatian and Serbia, correct? I double checked to see if this could be a model from either one of those country's, as I know of no Bosnia Herzegovina Samsung portal. But it appears that you got a Russian model TV. (If you want to double check the model and give me the full model code, I'll be happy to check again.)

Unfortunately, I can't help you very much since this kind of problem would need a repair. Which part would be hard to tell without my being there with the TV testing it.
