Signal and sound with tv using sound bar hw-e 450

I have a samsung crystal surround airtrack with wireless subwoofer. I connected the tv to the soundbar with hdmi and the soundbar to my ps3 with a second hdmi. I also connected the optical cable from my sound bar to the tv. I dont have a cable box so my basic cable is coming from my antenna through the air. I am getting signal for channels when the sound bar is off but when I turn it on its like the sound bar wipes out my signal for my antenna. I went and bought a signal booster but its not helping. Will someone help me? Will I even be able to use this sound bar?

Hi AirenPayne,

If this is EM interference, we can eliminate that easily. Disconnect the sound bar from the TV completely; turn the TV on get a channel that would previously seem to not work with the sound bar on. If the problem replicates itself, the sound bar somehow is interfering with the signal. If it doesn't, then it's likely some connection to the TV is causing the problem. So I'd connect things up--one cable at a time--until you duplicate the behavior. Let me know what you discover.
