Replacement Shelf for Samsung Fridge RF268ABRS?

The plastic parts that hold the shelf above the two pull out drawers broke (about a year 1/2 into owning it - disappointing!). How do I order replacement parts and is it better to have a service person come install the shelf or can we do it ourselves? Thanks in advance!
