TV has the channel numbers incorrect. Can anyone help?

Hi, I have UE32ES5500KXXU smart TV and recently after changing internet supplier I set up the tv with the new wifi. Once i did this it wanted to scan channels again. I allowed it however now my Channel 1 displays BBC 1 HD, channel 2 displays ITV HD instead of BBC 2. Channel 4 is on number 3, BBC 2 is on number 15 and Channel 5 somehow has an empty 303 channel. Plus other channels have probably changed

I have tried retuning, so if anyone has any other ideas that could solve this issue please tell me.

Thanks for your message. But just so you know: if you want Samsung support, I support US products and customers. And from what I can tell, this model is for UK. (Correct me if I'm wrong.)
