Weird screen Laptop 355V5C-A02 (blue areas)

I have bought this laptop and since I opened it the screen shows lots of blue (aeras?) things on the screen, mostly on bright colors and white like this:

(the grey on the right)

If someone knows how to fix this please reply, thanks
