Just bought GT-S5839i - can not access Samsung Apps saying memory is full. Will not let me delete preloaded apps or games or transfer them to empty SD card. Also not giving me option to transfer to the SD card through Kies (PC). How do I delete the preloaded apps and games OR how can I transfer them to the SD card ????

Let's cover carrier installed apps.

As you now know, the carrier can install apps we can't remove. Samsung can't remove those either. This means you are back at the carrier's support counter to resolve this either with them changing the apps for you or you returning the phone for the reasons you noted.

A smart phone you bought to install apps and can't should be a good exit plan to avoid early termination fees.
