missing "air or cable" option for Sam. LB32650B TV

Hi,
I've tried everything to get my Samsung TV to switch to an air antenna, but I don't have the option in the menu to switch between cable or air.

I plug in the antenna to the RF input and try a digital scan, nothing. I need to switch the TV to air first, but I don't have this option, or can't find it.

In the manual it says this option can be found during the plug and play process, but my TV doesn't give me this option. Any ideas?

I'm sorry, but I don't recognize this model code for the TV you're speaking of. Could you double check it?

It might be LE32650 instead of LB. I'm not sure how to determine the actual model. It's a European model. Is there a different forum for those?

Hi IndustrialStrength,

Thanks for your message. You may want to try a factory reset. Usually, this is accessed from going to Menu > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset

But just so you know, I support US products and customers. And from what I can tell, this model is for UK. (Correct me if I'm wrong.) So if you want in-depth Samsung help, here's the Samsung UK portal for support on that product: http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/LE32B650T2WXXC

I'll give the factory reset a try. If that doesn't work, I'll try UK help.
