International One Year Warranty

I have bought a laptop in EU country Poland and brought it to Finland. It happend I need a service to my laptop but Samsung Finland did not accept Samsung International One Year Warranty. They requested from me International Warranty Card which is not given to customers in Poland where I bought it. Samsung International One Year Warranty document says nothing about International Warranty Card and only purchase document-receipt is needed as a condition. They say that in Nordic countries International Warranty Card is needed. When I talk to Samsung Poland I was told Samsung does not release any such card to customer and only purchase document-receipt is needed. I am in the between of Samsung Poland and Finland with the ping pong game. This must be the most stupid bussines organization model I could ever heard to put customer between 2 units of the International Company to deal with them. Has anyone had similar case in Nordic countries ?
