Very poor customer service

I have been dealing for over a month to get a dishwasher fixed. They finally said it would be replaced. However, I am told it will be anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks. This is totally unacceptable. The Customer Service reps are of no use, they have no value add, would be better off talking with a machine. I have spoken with 3 people and no one can explain the reason for such a delay. In total I will be without the appliance for over two months.
I purchased a Samsung since they were supposed to be a good product, well product has failed and so has the customer support process. This will be my last and suggest to other people to look elsewhere for your products.
