Unwanted channels on Guide

Hello,

How can I permanently remove unwanted channels from my onscreen channel guide display, so that only the ones I am interested in are displayed when I press 'guide' on the remote?

Model number Samsung UE37ES5500. Thanks

Thanks for your message. But just so you know: if you want Samsung support, I support US products and customers. And from what I can tell, this model is for Switzerland. (Correct me if I'm wrong.) So while I can't help you directly, if you want Samsung help, here's the Samsung Switzerland portal for support on that product: http://www.samsung.com/ch_fr/consumer/tv-audio-video/television/led-tv/UE37ES5500WXZG-supportforward#

I'll chip in one idea, though. In the US, Samsung TVs don't have a channel guide feature; I suspect that other countries aren't dissimilar, so you may want to look at your STB for that function. Hope this helps you!
