The TV is connected to Sky box via HDMI and to Wii console. And it did the same with both.

Thanks a lot for your reply. Yes it is a UK model. I've contacted the UK Samsung products support team, but it didn't solve the problem. They've asked me to install the new firmware, but when I tried to do it it didn't let me, it continued saying "no file to upgrade". When I contacted them again and told them that it didn't let me they said that I have to take it for repair.
I would like to know what the problem is before I take it for repair. And I wondered whether there is anyone that know what the problem is. For some reasons it is starting OK and then after about 10 - 15 minutes the picture goes wrong. I would like to attach a picture for you to see but I don't know how to do it.

Just so you know, these will be guesses. If it's possible in the UK, download the firmware to a USB and extract and then update that way. Sometimes there's a network problem. If it says that it's up to date already, then you're looking at some kind of hardware failure most likely. Which part would depend on a lot of things, not just what the image looks like on the screen. So the service suggestion is not unreasonable.

I didn't say that the service suggestion was unreasonable. But I thought if someone knows what the problem is I can see whether it is worth it to repair the TV or to buy a new one. Because you have to pay a fee just for taking the TV in and then you have to pay the costs for repairing it as well. But I can understand what you're saying, it's not easy diagnosing a problem/fault without having the TV itself.
