Samsung un46eh6030f picture tuning help

I just purchased a Samsung un46eh6030f 3-d tv and would like the best advice on how to set the picture settings to watch crisp and clear hd programming and play Xbox in regular and 3-d!!any help would be much appreciated!!

Hi Dkizl,

This question is a little broad, so pardon my general answer. The TV displays whatever it is given. So if your equipment is capable of transmitting HD video in only 720p; it'll display 720p, not 1080p. Furthermore, the factory settings for the image colors are considered the best general purpose settings. If you want to play around to what you like the most, feel free.

Now for 3D, it's best to watch 3D Blu-ray discs and other media that was designed for 3D. Hey I can help you out under the standard option backlight 13 contrast 95 brightness 45 sharpness 40 color 50 leave the tint as is now go to picture options and change color tone to cool everything else in picture options leave as is. Advanced options dynamic contrast high black tone dark fleshtone 0 color space native gamma 0 motion lighting on now go to system eco solution energy saving off eco senser on minimun backlight 7 thats for standard looks great now under dynamic I left everyhing as is except I turned on led motion plus and did the same thing with the eco sensor as i did in standard let me know if this helps
