Browser upgrade fails.Smart TV on Blu Ray

I have a BD-E6500-ZC 3D Blu Ray player with Smart TV Application. Software version 001053
Last week when I started web browser; A message indicated new update available and I tried to obtain update. Update seemed to download ok but when browser restarted; it hung up with loading sign in centre of screen. I have never been able to use browser again. All other apps seem to work ok and connect fine to internet. How do I reset web browser back to its original source code ?

Thanks for your message. But just so you know: if you want Samsung support, I support US products and customers. And from what I can tell, this model is for Canada. (Correct me if I'm wrong.) So while I can't help you directly, if you want Samsung help, here's the Samsung Canada portal for support on that product: http://www.samsung.com/ca/support/model/BD-E6500/ZC
