Amazon & HBOGO Apps Telling me to update

I have a UN40ES6100 Smart TV. In attempting to use either the Amazon Instant Video app or the HBO GO app, I am told that I need to update my Samsung software. When I go to update it, it says there are no updates found.
Anybody else having this? Is there an update incoming soon?

The newest version (1024) came out Nov 16 for this model. You could try a manual download of it at this link at 'Manuals & Downloads': http://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/UN40ES6100FXZA

And these bugs are plentiful today. Call it in and what I find is often it's a bug or gaffe. Sometimes I find myself removing and reinstalling apps (just like we do on Windows.)
