Voice Sync issue

Hi Guys, I have a sync problem with my Samsung UE55D7000LUXXU 55 TV coupled to my Samsung HW-D570/XU Sound bar. Using the tv sound its fine, but through the sound bar its so distracting being out of sync. Help please?

Thanks for your message. But just so you know: if you want Samsung support, I support US products and customers. And from what I can tell, this model is for UK. (Correct me if I'm wrong.) So while I can't help you directly, if you want Samsung help, here's the Samsung UK portal for support on that product: http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/HW-D570/XU

I didn't find the manual but will share a common thing I try

Look around the menus and see if you have an option to send 5.1, DTS or Stereo. Sorry I can't guess what options you have in this set. My advice is to try Stereo first.
