Samsung Smart TV Memory used is alread at 455.18MB/755MB

Can you clear this used memory ? I have only just started using the Smart TV and it has downloaded it's own Updates and I spent about 15 minutes on the Net but that is all I have done.

While trying to access a www site this came up

" Last browser session ended because of lack of memory" .. (and there was some info that I didn't catch before the screen went back to the homepage and it showed the MB usage)

I didn't have that issue for other websites so wondered what it meant and why the MB usage seems so high . Doesn't leave much room for downloading APPs and Video's etc.

I'm just feeling my way around using this new technology and as a mature ( ok old) person all I need is something new and fancy that takes years to learn sad

I have the new Samsung wireless keyboard which is excellent and was about the only thing that I didn't need to read up on how to use

Also would someone know if you can play Zinga games such as Farmville on the TV ? It sort of started loading then hung .

Hi MP160a,

I suspect you're trying to use Flash for these games and websites. You should note that the browser is subject to limitations with Flash. Here's a link to the browser description that explains some of the limitations: http://support-us.samsung.com/cyber/popup/iframe/pop_troubleshooting_fr.jsp?idx=406298

And here's a summary with flash limitations on browser:
- Flashes version 10.1
- 5 maximum number of instances per page
- Doesn't support 'Zoom' feature
- Doesn't support multiple videos playing
- Transparent mode isn't available

Allow me to say that these aren't all the limitations, but these are the ones the I know of.
