Anynet+ ceased working

I have surround blu-ray (HT-5550) hooked up to a UE40ES6300 (3d TV), both of which are fully anynet+ compliant.
HDMI output from Blu-ray using full network high grade HDMI cable into HDMI 2 (ARC) on the TV.
Everything installed perfectly and was running for a couple of weeks, TV sound outputting through surround, full anynet+ control of TV/Blueray from one control.
THEN, I watched a blu-ray and after it had finished thats when all of a sudden my TV no longer found the blu-ray as anynet+.
1) Unplugging cables,
2) full power off at the wall
3) Factory reset on TV *and* blu-ray
Still tried searching for Anynet+ devices on TV and nothing found, yes its fully enabled in both TV and Blu-ray.
Any help greatly appreciated.
