Hi, re. Samsung UN55C6500 SF XZA:
I use OTA. Most stations are strong but some, of
course, are weak.
When I tune to one of the weak ones, the set pixellates, then loses the channel, and slows/hangs until power is recycled.
This is a software problem.
(The software is up to date according to the update process.)
Here's what I expected: Just display the error, and let me change to the next strong channel.
Yes, I have tried the factory reset to no avail.
I've contacted Live Chat on Samsung's support site two times about the problem and am *also* quite disatisifed with the responses I am getting from their technical support.

Hi chuckroast00,
I spoke with the product specialist for this issue; he explained the TV is attempting to resolve the signal, so it's dedicating all its processor power to that. However, he also gave me a workaround for this issue. Just a work-around. I hope they devote some of the processor power to moving to the
next channel after a while. Thanks for trying. It's nice to get some knowledgeable response
from Samsung.

I work with computer software. That answer is total ********. It should timeout if it can't resolve the signal.
It should then allow the user to move to a good channel. That is elementary programming and should be
corrected in an update.
