we have a 46 inch samsung LED and as we watch football games we cannot see the complete score in the left hand corner or the info along the bottom. It doesn't fit into the picture. We have tried menu - picture options and screen fit, but it doesn't seem to work the way I would expect it to. I'm sure we are missing a step. Thanks for any help you can provide.

- What's the size of the screen (in pixels, like 1920 x 1200)?
- And what's the size of the broadcast?
- And what are the picture options on the TV if these don't match? If, for example, the screen is wider than the picture, you either lose something at top and or bottom, or you see a black vertical bar at the left and right end of the screen, or you distort the picture with everything becoming 10% wider. Most TV's let you choose between at least a few, but maybe not all, of those options.
- Finally, the model number of the TV please.
