Hello Samsung,
Are you guys planning on fixing the bug when if the user configures dynamic enhancements to NO or OFF the SAMSUNG television persists to the use of dynamic backlighting?
I switched off any dynamic or eco setting I can possibly find in my UE32D6500. But I cannot seem to get rid of that annoying dynamic backlight which is adepting to the light-level on the screen.
These topics are explaining the same problem, please listen to us or I consider my next TV to be a LG ![]()

quote from the first link:
A way to see this is to pause (if you can) a TV show or film on a dark scene, fadeout or gap between adverts. Bring up the EPG / Now & Next banner / Blu-ray player menu. If you toggle between them, you can clearly see the backlight brightening and dimming itself - even if you've disabled dynamic backlighting in the options
It seems to be a problem widely spread on samsung televisions... Also, if you go the SMART, the backlight switches to the mode sunburning....
Request: Switch off dynamic backlighting transparent with all TV modes like SMART or watching a movie from the network (NAS)...
