Samsung UE32C4000

Please can someone help me. I have had this tv for just over a year. It has been on the wall and not moved. However yesterday I turned it on and 90%of the screen had gone a hazy white colour with a bright green line under it. The other 10%of the screen is still normal but the tv is unwatchable. Thanks for your message. But just so you know: if you want Samsung support, I support US products and customers. And from what I can tell, this model is for Switzerland. (Correct me if I'm wrong.) Thanks for the quick reply I'm in the uk and not entirely sure where the tv was made. I bought it from a leadin supermarket. I can't find anywhere on the tv or in the manual to say that it was made in Switzerland.

I poked around a little bit more. It doesn't look like it's a UK model originally. Can you look up the complete model code? I can try to point you to the right location.

I have been on to the website that you suggested however I do not understand it due to the fact that it is all in Swedish and can not be translated in to English thanks again for your time.

If you give me your complete model code from the back of your TV, I can probably get you a more accurate address. They may even have an English version of their website I can point you to.

I have taken the tv of the wall and all we can find is the number we have give you. I'm going to ring the uk samsung number tomorrow morning to see if they have any ideas. Although to be honest I think I'm going to have to buy a new tv as I think the led has gone completely. Many thanks for your help

In the USA if I register my set I get 3 more months warranty. This might pull it back into warranty.

Just to check I went to see if I could find that model and failed at samsung.com.
