SAMSUNG UE46D6500 Problems with Lan

Hi,

I'm a owner of a samsung UE46D6500,
since one week I started to have problem with ethernet connenection. TV is connected by LAN wire at my home network, but TV doesn't see more the LAN connection.
TV says "connect the cable".

but the TV had worked with the same cable and connection until 1 week ago. (the same cable, plug and network are correctly working with others devices)

Seems that the TV LAN CARD doesn't work more.. HAS anyone the same problem?

HOW to understand if the LAN CARD is Broken?
(there is a TV self test? )

PS: I've updated the TV FW but, nothing chanced.

Thanks for your message. But just so you know, if you want Samsung support, I support US products and customers. And from what I can tell, this model is for the Netherlands. (Correct me if I'm wrong.) You are right, I'm not american, but european, from Italy .
I supposed that this forum was world wide forum happy
it's only for US ?

So is it better that I try to write to the samsung.it support?

Then you have done the usual test the IT folk do. Since this set is not in English, I've found translation to fail us as the original message may have said can't connect to gateway and the person translated to can't connect or connect cable.

Try the usual factory reset and try again.

Try a gaming bridge connection as well (some folk don't have that item but if you do this sort of work, you find you get one.)
