Samsung UN55ES6500 Issue when devices are set to 1080P

Hello,
I purchased a Samsung UN55ES6500 2 days ago (November 5th) and hooked it all up and then stupidly updated the firmware to the latest version.
Since I did that, all my devices that output 1080p get horrible flickering, graphical tearing type artifact. If I switch back to 1080i, the problem is resolved but I want to use this TV to it's full functionality.
Another user has reported the same issue and posted a video here

This video represents what I am facing. It happens with PS3, XBOX360 an BDRAY. I've tried 2 HDMI cables same issue. Also tried these devices on my friends who did not update and it worked fine...
Anyway, this seems like it seriously maybe a firmware problem. Please help me, is there anyway to roll back? How can we tell samsung so they will fix the problem ASAP, their online support denies issues, and basically says tough luck.
My alternative is just to take it back get a new an not accept the software update but common that's an awful lot of work.
